Andrew has fulfilled a combination of strategic and operational roles on several Performance Improvement projects, both nationally and internationally. His operational experience includes the management of a leading call center in South Africa and managing various sales optimization projects at mayor banks and insurance companies.
​
His niche offering starts at a strategic level and then filters down to the operational level where Andrew personally gets involved in the Performance Improvement and monitoring processes. This strategy has resulted in proven increased sales results and premium income for all the companies he was involved with.
​
Andrew understands the operational requirements to drive sales performance, but he has also headed up various training departments. This allows him to use skills as a medium to improve sales results significantly. Andrew’s ability to improve results can be seen in his track record and personal client references.

Tamara is a certified Prince II practitioner with 8 years’ experience in setting-up projects, including the administration and management of Project Management
Offices (PMO).
​
Her core competencies include, project set-up design and implementation, project controlling, governance and advisory, resource and finance management
and proposal / tender administration.
​
Together with the above, Tamara has experience in setting up and maintaining a proposal and bid office for a tier 2 consulting firm with a turnover of R 150 m /year. This included administration of project proposals and tenders, together with office, resource and financial management.

PAUL SMITH

Paul is a seasoned local and global ERP programme, project and assurance manager with hands on experience, covering all project phases, ERP modules and functionality and rollouts to multiple global locations, across various industries. He has
significant exposure and experience in successfully delivering both SAP and Microsoft Dynamics programmes of work across
different countries and industries. His latest assignment is one of the 1st in the world – the program management of an
implementation of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 On-Premise solution for a group of mines across different countries enabling a very complex Supply Chain value chain.

His hands-on experience and audit background has also secured him some major assurance and risk management roles on large scale ERP and Shared Services implementations globally. From a specialist skill-set perspective Paul is also well versed in the design, development and implementation of key control frameworks across the entire ERP landscape. This is evidenced from the number of global training interventions conducted on this topic by himself.

She read a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at UNISA part time whilst working full-time and has achieved various certificates in the Human Resources
field of Facilitation and Training management.
